EMAILING FLYERS TO AREA AGENTS
We email detailed professional flyers to all area agents, notifying them about the new listing. These agents in turn, will notify their prospective buyers and either attend the open house or arrange for private viewings.
INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY FLYER
We will print a professional flyer with a relevant summary and pictures of your home. In addition, the reverse side of the flyer will have detailed information about the home. The flyer will be present, at all times, inside the house.
WE DO A CMA TO PRICE IT RIGHT
We conduct a thorough analysis of all real estate data available for the area, including properties that are active, pending or sold within the last 3-6 months. We will not over or under price your home. We price your home right.
WE TAKE CARE OF ALL SHOWINGS
We will conduct an open house and then schedule all showing appointments with prospective buyers and/or their buyer’s agents. We keep you updated on the result of the showings and on any feedback provided.
