WE TAKE CARE OF ALL SHOWINGS

The day before closing the transaction we conduct a walk through with you. The purpose of this process is to ascertain that no damages have been inflicted to house and that all items in the punch list have been completed.
WE ARE WITH YOU AT THE CLOSING
We will sit with you at the closing table, in case there are any last minute questions or concerns. About a week later you receive a Rebate Check for 50% of our commission, which amounts to at least 1% of the purchase price.
